Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Elwin Cotman is the author of two short story collections, The Jack Daniels Sessions EP and Hard Times Blues. He holds a BA in Writing from the University of Pittsburgh and an MFA from Mills College. As a touring artist, he has done readings across North America and Europe.
