Rebecca has loved telling stories as long as she can remember. In third grade she wrote her first science fiction book. In it, the bionic woman met Captain Kirk and flew off in the Enterprise only to discover that Wonder Woman's race actually came from another planet.
Since that time, Rebecca Inch-Partridge has published the Young Adult Science Fantasy Novel, ESCAPING THE DASHIA, in March 2023, released by Black Rose Writing. She has had several short stories and articles published in small press and online magazines. She has also received honorable mention in the Writers of the Future contest a few times. Her story, "Babies and Bugs" was published in Nova Science Fiction Magazine.
Rebecca is an active member of Gold Country Writers where she serves as a mentor and the leader of two breakout critique groups. She also enjoys assisting authors by serving as a freelance editor.
She invites you to read or listen to some of her short stories on her website RIPARTRIDGE.COM. Teens are encouraged to enter her writing workshop, which runs through the end of August. From her website you can also join her Chapter of the Week Club and read her nuclear apocalyptic novel entitled SURVIVING THE FALL. Her young adult science fiction novel, ESCAPING THE DASHIA is due out in spring 2023.
