Stephen Libbey attended his first convention when the woman he would eventually marry decided to drag him off to one in 2002. There he found himself working on the convention newsletter and discovered a love of writing. In 2015, after more than a dozen years in the consumer electronics industry, Stephen quit his job to write full time. This venture has been successful in as much as he has yet to starve to death. He contributes to numerous websites on a variety of his geek obsessions including video games, TV & movies, and technology. He can most regularly be found writing about movies for CinemaBlend.com. His current goal is to find a way to deduct trips to Disneyland as a business expense.
