Navigate through the choices of eating and food production, while creating a rich dialogue about the intersection of Reform Judaism and Kashrut.  The definition of kosher will be explored and broadened through the ideology of educated choice to reveal a multifaceted Jewish relationship with food and its production, integrating ethics, ritual, community, and spirituality into dietary practice.
