Sasha Naiman

Sasha Naiman oversees OJPC’s organizational operations and assists in setting organizational strategies. Sasha launched OJPC’s project to help survivors of human trafficking expunge criminal records and fully reintegrate into society. Additionally, Sasha works to educate employers about the benefits of hiring people with criminal records and is involved in OJPC’s policy advocacy.

After completing her B.A. (English, Political Science), magna cum laude, at Boston University, Sasha joined OJPC as a Paralegal Advocate. She received her Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis. During law school, she worked for the St. Louis Equal Housing Opportunities Council, the Juvenile Rights and Reentry Clinic, and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Access to Justice Initiative (in Washington, D.C).

Sasha currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Montgomery County Reentry Policy Board, the Advisory Board for I Dream Academy, the Legislation and Policy Committee of End Slavery Cincinnati, and the Legal Advisory Committee of Cincinnati Works.
