How:
Jewish education has long been valued as a tool for cultural preservation and continuity; but our moment in history is demanding that Jewish education be a tool for social change as well. At HUC–JIR’s School of Education, we envision a Jewish educational enterprise that provides learners with the trove of resources, analytical tools, curiosity, and commitments to lead the creative adaptation and cultural disruption that enables each new generation in history to reinvigorate Judaism and Jewish life. We will explore how Jewish education can use tradition and innovation to change the world, one learner at a time; and how you can be a partner in this sacred mission.
