Engagement is an ongoing process through which we build meaningful, authentic, collaborative relationships for the purpose of pursuing a shared Jewish vision. Engagement is different than relational Judaism because it goes beyond a felt sense of connection. Engagement speaks to who has influence in congregational life. In this session Larry Dressler provides a framework that invites participants to reflect on their mindset, skillfulness, and the social factors that can undermine or strengthen engagement in your congregation.
