How do we elevate reflective conversations between mentor and mentee for more effective partnerships and professional growth? In this session we will study an excerpt from Emmanuel Levinas’ interpretation of the purpose and process of revelation, and explore how the metaphor of revelation can enlighten and guide us to be better, more present mentors.
