Incubating Change: Applying the Principles of Innovation to Real Life Challenges

Theme:
2 Hour Session
When:
1:45 PM, Monday 1 Apr 2019 (2 hours 15 minutes)
How:
Moving from the theoretical to the practical—in this intensive two-hour session we will explore different challenges that we encounter in our work back home. Dr. Markman will guide participants through a series of exercises to help us begin to think differently about the problems we wish to solve. Through a process of sharing ideas, challenges, and exploring solutions, participants will create an implementation intention in which teams move from an idea to an explicit plan for implementing the idea, diagnosing potential problems, and fixing them.
