"In this session you will learn the most current scientific research of courage and what it looks like in our workplaces. Participants will identify opportunities to increase their organization's capacity for courageous acts because increased acts lead to greater trust, innovation and accountability. Great teams are not afraid to create climates that encourage results!

Jennifer has a rich and diverse portfolio as an accomplished educator. She has presented her research: “What factors increase acts of courage in the workplace?” at the North American Society for Adlerian Practitioners & the International Positive Psychology Association 5th World Congress."
