Olympic lifting is growing in popularity for youth athletes and rightfully so - The lifts involve dynamic movements and when used correctly, are arguably the best way to develop power and explosiveness. However, these movements are complex and require a great amount of prerequisite movement ability and strength. Spend a session with Hidesh learning about how to help your students and athletes build the base strength and the movement patterns needed to be successful and injury free when using Olympic lifts. We will also spend time learning the keys to performing the lifts in a clear and simple way.
