Calgary Board of Education Mental Health & Autism Specialist, Kim Dawson, will present on strategies that support students who have Autism in the inclusive classroom setting. Topics include: the learning environment, communication, regulation, social competence, positive behaviour supports, academic supports, and supporting mental health. Come prepared to engage, discuss, share ideas, collaborate, and reflect.
