This is an interactive workshop where participants will learn about anxiety, where it starts, why we see it on the raise and how teachers and counsellors have the powerful role of regulating the brains of their students. The facilitation will be experiential in nature and participants will walk away feeling equipped to handle the emotional world of their students, using the 5 Steps of Emotional Coaching. The skills you will learn, will be helpful in your own family and important relationships too!
