Join the Youth Singers of Calgary staff and an ensemble of singers as we demonstrate and explore how we build resiliency, confidence and self-expression through choral singing and the performing arts. Youth Singers has trained singers and dancers in Calgary for over 35 years. Our unique approach to choral curriculum with movement allows anyone who can match pitch the opportunity to sing well, develop stage presence and confidence, and enter meaningfully into the wide benefits of the performing arts. This clinic features staff and singers from our KIDZXPRESS and JUNIOR HI choirs. Be prepared to expand and deepen your understanding of how to engage young people in choral instruction, with a little help from Choreography 101.
