CPAWS Southern Alberta
Participates in 1 Session
Born and raised in Cowtown, Hanna Thai plans to stick around the rolling hills, mountains and valleys of Southern Alberta her entire life. She just completed an Environmental Sciences degree at University of Calgary, where she honed her leadership and project management skills through the university’s Office of Sustainability and Students Union Eco Club, and by co-founding a non-profit called Generation Indigenous. She also has a passion for urban planning and urban governance, which was sparked by a field school in Eastern Europe. Hanna will be utilizing her knowledge of energy efficiency to help develop new workshops and educational programs for both adults and school students.
