Amber Arnold is a Health Promotion Facilitator with the School Health and Wellness Promotion team, Alberta Health Services. Amber has an MSc in Human Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Alberta and is a Registered Dietitian. She supports schools and school districts by using a Comprehensive School Health (CSH) approach for building healthy school communities. The focus areas that she supports with her districts include healthy eating, active living and positive well being. Amber has worked in the area of health promotion for the past 13 years.
