Phil Herman holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Dalhousie. Phil has 19 years experience working with complex children, youth and families. Phil currently works for Hull Services as a Clinician in the trauma informed department where he trains, educates, supports, and consults to provide trauma informed services for youth, families, schools, and case teams. Hull Services, is Canada’s flagship program in training Bruce Perry's and the Child Trauma Academy’s Neuro-Sequential Model (NM). In addition, Phil provide family therapy through Hull's Psychological Services which provides families in the community access to services.
