This half-day day workshop is guided by two certified TRE® Providers who will introduce participants to TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) through didactic presentation and experiential participation. TRE® is a global complimentary integrated health practice that assists the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress and tension restoring the body's vitality. TRE® was designed to be self-initiating, self-empowering and self- empowering for the user. Originally created to help people manage the body's response to trauma and stress, this health practice can be found around the world in a multitude of settings.


For this workshop participants will need to wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement and bring something to lie on the floor (such as a yoga mat or blanket).
