Are you breathing for optimal health and vitality?

In today's society our lifestyle, environment, and consumption of non-nutrient foods has made us unhealthy and stresses our bodies. Your response to stress, illness, and medications changes your breathing. Good quality food, regular exercise and hydration are all important, BUT........... We miss the MOST essential of all - HOW YOU BREATHE - Sick and stressed out people are no longer breathing correctly. Your breathing is the most potent tool you have that carries great healing potential. It will affect every cell in the body either positively or negatively. With improved breathing patterns symptoms diminish, sleep, energy and immune system all improve. This contributes to improved health, a decrease in medications and a better quality of life.
