Are you somewhat new to the Autism world, or are you a relatively new teacher? Perhaps you are having trouble getting through to them, and wonder why they do the odd things they do. You just need to see things THROUGH AUTISM GLASSES. This session will help you to see things the way they do, and covers all primary and secondary symptoms. It is a presentation full of practical strategies, which will involve demonstrations, observations, video footage of an autistic child and a display of sensory materials that help make the world friendlier to autistic children. And just as importantly, you will get a feel for what life can REALLY be like for a child on the spectrum and their family.
