In an increasingly competitive world of athletics, athletes are getting into the weight room earlier and earlier. With proper coaching and programming, strength training can help athletes to increase their performance and prevent many injuries. Join me for a half day session to examine the what you should consider while helping student athletes work towards their athletic potential. Whether you are in a weight room or sticking to body weight routines, these key principles will help you build well rounded, effective training programs.
