Engage your students' learning through their family history and their genealogy - Angela explains ways Genealogy has been explored in our classrooms. She will share her unit framework ( a step by step process) for any grade level on how to explore the past with your students. A brief introduction to Family History and Genealogy will be provided before the hands-on session of exploring census records, birth, marriage, death records, and other free classroom resources. We all have stories - help your students discover theirs! You will have fun too, exploring your own!
