According to the World Economic Forum, Emotional Intelligence (E.I.) will be one of the top ten workplace skills by 2020. This comes as no surprise to many in the corporate world who have seen this coming for quite some time. Educational systems as scrambling to prepare students for a rapidly world where many jobs will be wholly or partly replaced by technology. The last skills that AI, bots and other technical advances will be able to replace are the human ones, such as emotional intelligence. Harvey will give an overall description of emotional intelligence and incorporate the teaching experience. Harvey prefers audience interaction and incorporates it into his presentation at every opportunity. He believes that the best learning is enjoyable, and uses humour and storytelling.
