Do you feel like your mind is FULL and would like to practice being more mindful? Practicing mindfulness can alter brain biology, to feel calmer & better able to handle stress. This workshop introduces the benefits of mindfulness and ways to incorporate simple activities and strategies into our daily lives. Also, we’ll do gentle, mindful yoga, for all levels. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes for doing yoga.
