TechnologyLearning Commons and MakerspacesCareer and Technology Studies and Foundations
Half Day Workshop
9:30 AM, Thursday 13 Feb 2020 (2 hours)
Location : STEM Learning Lab - Alastair Ross Technology Centre - STEM Learning Lab

3D printers are a powerful tool for any school. Creating models unique to a lesson or unit can help students understand complex concepts. They help promote active learning and allow ideas to move from the page to reality. In this half-day workshop, get ready to explore the different dimensions of art and design with Suzanne Presinal as she guides teachers on how to design and code their creative ideas using this innovative technology. (Due to time prints require, participants may not be able to print their designs at the workshop but will be able to take their files with them.)

Parking is available for participants in visitor parking. Participants will need to register their vehicle at the main desk.
