This workshop was designed in Winnipeg, and delivered with teachers and students in the Winnipeg School Division. Bringing this work to Calgary, teachers are empowered to facilitate creative movement with children. Teachers must bring an Indigenous legend/physical book that contains at least five verbs or "actions". The activities in the class can be used in your own classroom to engage with comprehension skills and literacy.
