Canadian Museum for Human Rights Symposium

This session will examine the Canadian Museum for Human Rights’ pedagogical approach to talking about human rights with students in the grades 9-12. Using the development of the Museum’s Indigenous rights programs and teaching resources as case studies, we will share how this approach incorporates testimony, experiential learning and examination of root causes to creates space for reflection, dialogue and action.
