Led by Brian Batista, a Calgary-based artist, animator and instructor, this session will explore the powerful features that After Effects provides to create entertaining and professional-looking animation. This will be a fast-paced, hands-on session designed to introduce you to new creative options with the potential to enhance your own presentations along with your students’ work.

Programs like After Effects put the power to animate in your students’ hands. From animated life-cycles to infographics, mathematical patterns and creative expression, access to After Effects can help bring your units to life, while giving students direct experience with the same software used by industry professionals.

This is a hands-on session intended for teachers who have little to no experience with Adobe After Effects.
