The previous session addressed and developed skills for the essential skill for professional resilience—self-regulation. This session adds the resilience-building and trauma-resolving skill of Intentionality to self-regulation, completing the Forward-Facing® process. Intentionality is the ability to go where we aim ourselves. It is mission-driven and principle-based. By pairing self-regulation with intentionality, professionals discover themselves going to work to fulfill their mission and to live within their integrity. This shift has helped thousands of professionals to transform the toxic environment of their workplace into a gymnasium of personal and professional growth.

In addition to Intentionality, this session will also present skills-building activities for the three additional Professional Resilience Skills of: Perceptual Maturation; Connection & Support; and Self-Care & Revitalization. This session will conclude with participants completing a self-directed Forward-Facing® Professional Resilience Plan.
