This booth will feature the Waste & Recycling Educators for the City of Calgary, offering useful information about some of the following topics: Educational programming available through Waste & Recycling Services, especially grade 4 programs at Landfill & Organics Facility; Educational support for new bylaws that require all institutions including schools to have onsite organics and recycling; Information about the Eco-Leaders Youth Environmental Leadership program & Mayor's Environment Expo (available through a collaboration between City of  

Calgary Departments: Water Services, Waste & Recycling Services, Environment & Safety Management & Parks). We will also be happy to address any questions about your personal waste diversion practices, and trouble shoot any questions about your blue, black and green carts, as well as household hazardous waste, and the big picture of waste reduction and waste prevention in general!
