Orca Book Publishers

Orca publishes everything from board books and picture books to middle-grade and young-adult fiction. We strive to produce books that illuminate the experiences of people of all ethnicities, people with disabilities, Indigenous people and those who identify as LGBTQ+. Orca aims to help young readers see themselves reflected in the books they read. 

We now have over 2500 children's books to share with you! Orca  distributes books from Inhabit Media, Theytus Books, Pembroke Publishers, Quebec Amerique and Flamingo Rampant.

Orca also offers five different levels of high-interest, low-reading level (hi-lo) fiction for middle grade to teen, and many are available in a new ultra readable format.
