Learning Objectives:

The workshop on the Regulatory Systems will be aimed to help students:

  • Understand the history, background, and evolution of the U.S. Clean Air Act.

  • Describe efforts at carbon regulation under the Clean Air Act.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of various policy options to address carbon dioxide emissions.

  • Understand the regulatory provisions of the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividends Act.
