
Harold is VP of Engagement for Business Climate Leaders. He was CCL’s Northern California Regional Coordinator. Prior, he was Director of Natural Resources Defense Council’s Climate Advocates. That pilot program tested whether NRDC’s membership could be organized into local teams to support the EPA’s Clean Power Plan. His career includes stints as a computer game programmer, the Executive Director of the Center for Electronic Art, a nonprofit art & technology school that he founded, and a decade in fundraising. He was Planned Giving Manager at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, and Director of Development for The Watershed Project. A lifelong musician, he has an MS in Computer Graphics from Cornell University, and undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from San Francisco State University.
