Susan Flores Higgins is CCE's Director of HR and Administration, working out of the headquarters in Coronado, California. A native of El Paso, Texas, Susan joined CCE staff in 2011 as a part-time assistant to Marshall Saunders. With the rapid growth of CCL, she branched out to member management in 2013 and served as an assistant to Mark Reynolds before moving on to HR and Admin. Susan has a BA in Psychology from Stanford University.
