Lt.Gen. John “Glad” Castellaw USMC (Ret) is co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Farmspace Systems LLC., a provider of precision agricultural aerial services and equipment. For 36 years he led Marines around the world while flying more than two dozen different aircraft before returning to the family farm in Tennessee. There he founded the non-profit Crockett Policy Institute and created its signature program “SOLDIER 2 CIVILIAN” to help veterans find jobs in precision agriculture. Castellaw is a recognized national security expert who is member of the Climate Security Working Group advisory board, lectures on National Security at the University of Tennessee, Martin, and serves on the Nuclear Security Working Group.
