Roberton C. Williams III is a Professor at the University of Maryland, College Park, Senior Fellow and Director of Academic Programs at Resources for the Future, and a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research. His research focuses primarily on taxation and environmental regulation, and he is particularly interested in interactions among policies and in measuring tradeoffs between equity and economic efficiency.
