Dr. William Curtis is a native of Biloxi Miss. He received his BS in Chemistry at the University of Southern Miss. in 1965; served as a chemical platoon leader with the 1st Cavalry Division RVN. Dr. Curtis completed his PhD in Chemistry at USM in 1974 and spent 30 years in the chemical industry. His career spanned research, manufacturing and technical management with Bayer Corp.  He is retired and living in Ocean Springs, Ms. where he leads the Ms Gulf Coast chapter of Citizens Climate Lobby.
