
Garrett Calcaterra is author of the epic YA fantasy series The Dreamwielder Chronicles, as well as a new collection of short stories, Dreamrush. His short work has appeared in various publications, including Confrontation, Black Gate, Writers' Journal, Wet Ink, and Redneck Eldritch, among others. He taught creative writing for over 12 years at Chapman University and the Orange County School of the Arts, and now works as a freelance science editor for Shmoop.com. He is represented by Kimberly Cameron & Associates and resides in California where he is working on a high-concept pulp novel with modern sensibilities, mixing components of fantasy with steampunk and lost world adventures (aka dinosaurs!).
