Kalin M. Nenov is a translator, editor, publisher, agent, and writer. Currently, he lives in Sofia, Bulgaria, and serves as Creative Director of the Human Library Foundation: a volunteer community preparing, publishing and promoting fiction that examines what it means to be human--and how to expand the definition. Kalin's translations have appeared in various magazines and anthologies, most notably Up and Coming: Stories by the 2016 Campbell-Eligible Authors and most recently Compelling Science Fiction #15 in 2020. Many of them have been collected in the forthcoming ФантАstika: Almanac of Bulgarian Speculative Fiction.

During CoNZealand, you can find Kalin at his virtual table, usually between 7 and 9 am and between 17 and 19 pm NZT (unless he's on a panel). All ebooks on his table follow the "pay as you will" principle: readers can pay as much or as little as they feel like. (Including nothing. :) The Human Library is doing that especially for people who are facing financial hardship (like pretty much everyone in Bulgaria ;).
