Con crud and norovirus have followed attendees around conventions for decades.  Both still happen and they're generally viewed as more of a nuisance than a danger (though food handling is generally more careful now than it was).  But, sometimes, genuinely dangerous diseases can be spread at cons, and Coronavirus may be one of them.  What should convention organizers do to help mitigate the spread of casually-transmitted diseases?  Will fans get away from the hug and start Vulcan-saluting their friends?  Will more  conventions go virtual  so people can attend from afar?  And what happens when a country says "People who've been to the United States in the last 14 days may not enter?" No, wait...we already know...
