The Atlanta Radio Theatre Presents "Omnilingual" and other SF Radio Plays
An episode from our daily podcast about a group of people riding out the Zombie Apocalypse in a small New England college radio station.
We started this about 3 years ago and we are nearing our 1000th episode
o "Rory Rammer: Space Marshal" The Green Man's Burden (about 10 minutes)
· In the style of a 1950s SF Adventure radio series for kids (but really written on two levels) this episode has our hero sees our hero trying to steer a diplomatic course between a clueless Terran bureaucrat and savvy tall, 4-armed, green Martian "aborigine" leader.
o "Omnilingual" (about 30 minutes)
· Based on the story by H. Beam Piper.
· A group of archeologists on Mars investigate ancient artifacts to learn about the planets lost civilization.
· One woman wants to decipher its written language - looking for the Martian Rosetta Stone.
· A rare side of Science Fiction - where the science is archeology.
