Want to get involved in global health but don’t know where to start? Join an interactive discussion on how to build an impactful global health program or how to find one to contribute to. We will review how to apply an ethnical framework in choosing a program to participate in and recommended components to be included. Lastly, we will discuss how to evaluate non-governmental organizations when deciding on who to partner with.

Learning Objectives:

At the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate how to build and evaluate organizations to form partnership with
  • Describe the components necessary for an impactful global health program/initiative
  • Apply the ethical framework in global health practice in planning both short-term and long-term programs
