The first reviewer was Marilyn Fleer (Monash University-Australia). She is the President of the International Society of Cultural and Activity Research-ISCAR (http://en.new.myiscar.org/President_Letter___Welcome_to_the_new_ISCAR_webpage). This review essay made the editor of another journal, the World Journal of Education, to offer me a reviewer position to that journal.
