In this filmmakers-only session, working documentary filmmakers candidly discuss their experiences with funding, reflecting on unique challenges, opportunities, and next steps for filmmakers of color. Attendees will come away with a working knowledge of cultural and social issues inherent in the funding process, and will achieve a better sense of how to navigate that process for themselves.
