Sweta Vohra

Freelance Producer/Director
Sweta Vohra is a freelance producer and director based in NYC. She spent 8 years as a producer on Al Jazeera English’s documentary series, Fault Lines, where she covered race and criminal justice as well as science and technology stories. Her work at Fault Lines received awards from RTDNA, NABJ, the Society of Environmental Journalists as well as two News and Documentary Emmy nominations. Prior to joining Fault Lines, she produced a film on rising Hindu nationalism in India called Pink Chaddis. Sweta has a master's degree in journalism from the University of California, Berkeley.
