In Alex's current documentary project, NOW AND AGAIN, Grandpa Mel's 1945 bike ride from Brooklyn to Philadelphia was an adventure he'd remember for the rest of his life - until losing his memory to Alzheimer's. Now Mel's grandsons, Alex and Koby, are recreating the same 100-mile journey to explore the legacy of their grandfather.

For his 2016 feature, IN THE PATH OF RESISTANCE, Alex followed three front-line communities living along the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline to highlight their struggle, resiliency, and alliance building. IN THE PATH was picked up by RT for international broadcast and translated into Spanish, Arabic, and Russian.
