Eleni Ledezma is an Indigenous Latina cinematic producer based in Seattle, WA. She discovered her passion for amplifying authentic stories and voices through her work in the nonprofit sector, and this led her to filmmaking.  A start as a volunteer with “Big in Japan” and “My Last Year with the Nuns,” led to roles as producer on “Confessions of a Social Bully” and as co-producer on “Mildred Bailey.” Eleni is currently associate producer on “Why We Serve,” a project for the National Museum of the American Indian. She works with Longhouse Media as an associate producer, programmer for Indigenous Showcase, and mentor for the 4th World Indigenous Media Lab.  She is COVID-19 Compliance Production Supervisor for the Reciprocity Project.  Eleni has served as board president for The Northwest Literacy Foundation and board member with the Seattle Latino Film Festival, and volunteers for the Seattle International Film Festival. She is a graduate of the University of Washington.
