James Moll’s work as a documentary filmmaker has earned him an Oscar, two Emmys and a Grammy.  James’ most recent documentaries include OBEY GIANT for Hulu about artist Shepard Fairey, and FOO FIGHTERS: BACK AND FORTH about the 16-year career of the rock band Foo FightersIn addition to work as a filmmaker, James established the non-profit USC Shoah Foundation with Steven Spielberg for recording and preserving more than 50,000 ‘visual histories’ of Holocaust survivors. James serves as co-chair of the Directors Guild of America Documentary Award, co-hosts CLASSIC MOVIE RECALL, a podcast about classic movies, and is currently working on a soon-to-be-announced docu-series for Netflix.
