Detroit Narrative Agency (DNA) is a community organization that disrupts harmful narratives about Detroit. It supports Black, Brown, and Indigenous Detroiters to examine and create film and media that build collective healing, power, and liberation. DNA's three leaders, in conversation with their succession coach, reflect on the process of transitioning from white to Black organizational leadership and the impact of that shift on their work and their community.
