Rahdi Taylor is EVP at Concordia Studio, where she leads The Concordia Fellowship to catalyze transformative, career building opportunity for highly select, BIPOC and other diverse US documentary storytellers. Previously she was Director of the Sundance Documentary Fund where she supported more than a dozen Academy Award nominees. She enjoys leading field-wide interventions, and designed and directed the Documentary Core Application. She also created the Doc Film Money Map, a tool to catalyze nonfiction filmmakers to use state tax incentives for indie doc financing. She serves frequently in the field as a juror, panelist and industry advisor.
